UNH Whittemore School Hosts Seminar On Doing Business In China

DURHAM, N.H. -- The Whittemore School of Business and Economics at the University of New Hampshire continues the 2007 Holloway Seminars in Entrepreneurship Friday, Feb. 9, 2007, with “Doing Business in China: An Entrepreneurial Perspective.”

The seminar will be held at 7:30 p.m. at the New England Center, with a reception to follow. The event is free and open to the public.

Todd Bissett, an attorney in O'Melveny & Myers LLP's Shanghai office, is the guest speaker. He practices in the areas of securities, venture capital, mergers and acquisitions, equity and debt financings, cross-border transactions and general corporate and business law. He has advised clients in various industries, including semiconductors, financial services, software and telecommunications.

Prior to joining the firm, Bissett worked for the U.S. Department of State at the U.S. Embassy in Beijing.
