Retirement party for Clara Curtis planned
Friends and colleagues of Clara Curtis are invited to a retirement reception June 16, from 3 to 4:30 p.m. in the Trustees Board Room. Clara is retiring from UNH on June 30, after many years of service.

Schedule changes at dining and ID offices
The ID Office in Holloway Commons will follow a modified office hours schedule for regular business during June Orientation sessions: 1 to 4:30 p.m., June 8, 11, 15, 22 and 25; and 8 to 11 a.m., June 18. Summer dining (excluding holidays): Holloway Commons, Monday through Friday, breakfast, 6:30 to 8:30 a.m., lunch, 11:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m., and dinner, 4:30 to 6:30 p.m.; With Panache in Holloway Commons, Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. to 2 p.m.; and the convenience store room on the upper floor at the MUB, Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. to 2 p.m.

Retirement party for Herb Salmon is June 3
Business Services invites friends of Herb Salmon to a retirement reception in his honor, Thursday, June 3, 3:30-5:30 in the 1st Floor Stoke Hall Lounge. Herb retires June 30, as manager, Information Technology for Business Services, after 10 years of service.

Heating plant shutting down for yearly maintenance
The Heating Plant will be shut down for preventive maintenance from noon Saturday, May 22, until noon Friday, May 28. During that week, there will be no domestic hot water and no steam to those buildings listed below. No hot water and no steam to buildings: Conant (no heat to animal rooms), MUB, Field House, New Hampshire Hall, Hewitt, Pettee Hall, Kendall and Service Building. No steam only to these buildings (will have hot water): Huddleston, Spaulding, Holloway Commons, Rudman (will have hot water but limited air conditioning and no operational autoclaves). The buildings will have cold water and fire protection. If you have any questions or concerns, please call the Facilities Support Center at 2-1437.

Performance assessments: Due in Human Resources by June 1. Forms are available at: www.unh.edu/hr/pubs-frm.htm. For assistance contact Linda Strum or your HR Partner at 862-0501.
Dependent medical/dental coverage: The graduation of a dependent child could affect eligibility for dependent medical/dental coverage. Children who are full-time students may be covered as dependents from age 19 until age 25. Contact Sherry MacDormand at 862-0504 for a change in status benefits enrollment form.
Summer session: All Summer Session courses count toward the 2004-2005 fiscal year regardless of when the course begins.
