By Lori Wright, Media Relations

Allen Ferrari, vice president and general manager of sales and marketing for Regal Sleeving and Tubing-Suflex of Newmarket, is the featured speaker at the UNH Holloway Seminar Series in Entrepreneurship Friday, Feb. 27.

Ferrari will discuss his experience with recently acquiring a manufacturing company. It starts at 7:30 p.m. in the New England Center.

Regal Sleeving and Tubing-Suflex manufactures electrical insulation. During Ferrari’s 35-year career there, he has held various management positions including production supervisor, materials manager, human resources manager, plant manager and product manager. Ferrari earned his bachelor’s degree in management from Southern New Hampshire University. He is a past member of the Lamprey Health Care Board of Directors.

The Whittemore School sponsors speakers for the series to demonstrate to students how people in the business community have succeeded as entrepreneurs and how they have encouraged and mentored others to succeed. The series is named in honor of Exeter businessman and community leader Paul Holloway.

Both the lecture and a reception following are open to the public, but seating is limited and reservations are requested. Contact Cynthia Nizzari-McClain at 2-0017 or cnmc@cisunix.unh.edu, to register.
