The Office of Human Resources is hosting the 2006 Benefits/Services Fair Oct. 10, in the Granite State Room at the MUB, from10 a.m.-2 p.m. Refreshments and give-aways and raffles throughout the day.

The Benefits Fair gives faculty and staff members the chance to meet representatives from the university’s insurance carriers and vendors as well as businesses and campus units that offer special services to benefits-eligible employees.

Every benefit option available will be represented in person and/or via printed information. Human Resource representatives will also be on hand to answer questions.

Online enrollment will be available starting Oct. 2, either by logging on to MyUSNHBenefits.net or at the USNH Human Resources home page, http://www.usnhhr.unh.edu.

There, employees will be able to view current benefit choices; enroll for 2007 benefits, including a 2007 flexible spending account; verify dependent information and designate life insurance beneficiaries.

Employees who don’t have access to a computer and/or who need assistance can talk with HR staff members on Oct. 2, 4, 11 and 13 from 10:30 a.m.-1:30 p.m., in the MUB, room 338/340, or on Oct. 3 and 9, from 8-10 a.m. and 1:30 p.m.-3:30 p.m., at West Edge Complex, room 155.

Effective Jan. 1, 2007, Harvard Pilgrim Health Care will be the new USNH medical benefits provider. On Oct. 10 during the Benefits/Services Fair, representatives will host information sessions at 11:30 p.m. and 12:30 p.m., in the Strafford Room at the MUB. Registration is not required.
