Gary Giarrusso has joined the Office of Sponsored Research (OSR) as manager of Research Administration, a position that has gone unfilled for more than two years.

For nine years prior, Giarrusso was the audit manager in the USNH Internal Audit department.. Before that he was comptroller for the University of Massachusetts-Lowell Research Foundation, where he was responsible for the $15 million financial operation.

His experience also includes several years as an audit manager for Mitre Corporation, a federally-funded research and development organization, and for the Massachusetts State Auditor's Office.
