Four candidates for the dean of the College of Life Sciences and Agriculture (COLSA) will meet with the UNH community and external stakeholders at the times indicated below; all forums will be held in the Dimond Library, room 510.
Nov. 27, 4–5 p.m.: Paula Lutz, dean of the College of Arts and Sciences and professor of biological sciences, University of Missouri-Rolla.
Nov 29, 4-5 p.m.: Abel Ponce de Leon, associate dean for research of the College of Food, Agricultural and Natural Resource Sciences, and associate director of the Minnesota Agricultural Experiment Station, University of Minnesota.
Dec. 5, 4-5 p.m.: Chandra Reddy, dean of the School of Graduate Studies and Professor of Plant and Soil Science, Alabama A&M University.
Dec.12, 2-3 p.m.: Thomas Brady, director of the Division of Integrative Organismal Biology at the National Science Foundation, and professor of biological sciences at the University of Texas-El Paso.
Meetings with a variety of constituency groups within COLSA and the UNH administration have also been scheduled. Information on each of the candidates is available on the COLSA and Academic Affairs web site.
All members of the university and wider community, and particularly those engaged in activities within COLSA, are encouraged to attend the meetings and to share their opinions with the search committee.
