Traditional Jazz Series Presents George Robert And The Mulgrew Miller Trio

The international scope of jazz will be dramatized at the final concert of this year’s Traditional Jazz Series Monday, April 3, when saxophonist George Robert, head of the National Jazz Conservatory in Berne, Switzerland, returns. He will be accompanied by pianist Mulgrew Miller’s trio, including Rufus Reid on bass and Billy Hart on drums, three artists who have performed just about every place in the world where jazz is heard.

The concert takes place in the Johnson Theatre, PCAC, 8 p.m. Single tickets are $8. Senior citizen and student tickets sell for $6 and are available at the MUB Ticket Office, Monday through Friday, 10 a.m. to 4 p.m., and one hour prior to the concert.
