UNH
Institute On Disability Autism Conference Series Concludes April 20
UNH’s Institute on Disability’s
continues its series of autism-focused conferences Thursday, April 20,
from 9 a.m.-3 p.m. at the Concord
Grappone Center in Concord. Michael McSheehan, a clinical faculty
member in the Communication
Sciences and Disorders department at UNH and project associate with
the Institute on Disability, will discuss the research on educating
students with autism
in inclusive classrooms.
There is a growing body of research on teaching students with ASD
academic content. How does it translate into practice in the classroom? What
supports need to be in place for this to happen? This session will translate
the most recent advances in inclusive education research for students with
ASD into practical application. Examples will emphasize students with labels
of autism and cognitive impairment (i.e., those who qualify for Alternate
Assessment).
McSheehan is working on his Ph.D. in Education of children with
autism spectrum disorders.
To register, call the Institute on Disability at 603-228-2084, or
register online at https://www.events.unh.edu/register.shtml?event_id=1350.

Services will inventory refills of the more commonly used cartridges.
Outright purchases of a refilled cartridge may be made at anytime.
All refills are 100 percent guaranteed to work. Our primary distribution
point will be the MUB Copy Center located on level 2 east of the
