UNHM Welcomes Sarah Kenick, assistant professor of chemistry

UNHM has appointed Sarah Kenick as assistant professor of chemistry. She will begin teaching in the fall of 2006. She will teach general chemistry, organic chemistry, organic chemistry laboratory, general biochemistry and general biochemistry laboratory.

Kenick brings considerable teaching experience through the Future Faculty program at UNH and she has completed the Cognate in College Teaching.  She taught physical science at Plymouth Regional High School and general science at Laconia High School  Kenick will complete her Ph.D. this summer in the genetics program at the UNH. She earned a bachelor's in biochemistry from Worcester Polytechnic Institute, and a master's in education from UNH. In addition, she has taught at UNHM as an adjunct faculty member for the past two years.
