Reading Series Presents Writers Nov. 17
The Graduate Reading Series is proud to present writers Midge Goldberg,
Dylan Walsh, and Nathan Graziano reading from their work Thursday,
Nov. 17, from 7:15-8:15 p.m. in the Hamilton Smith Faculty Lounge.
Goldberg has been writing poetry for five years. Her poetry has
been accepted for publication in a number of journals, including
Yankee, Rattapallax, Dogwood, the British journal Candelabrum,
and Measure. A translation of hers appears in Professor Michael
Ferber's European Romantic Poetry anthology. She received
honorable mentions in the 2005 Robert Frost Poetry Contest, and
the 2005 New England Poetry Club, and was nominated for a 2005 Pushcart.
She has a degree in economics from Yale University, and has been
an educational software designer for the past 15 years.
Walsh is a fiction writer in the second year of UNH's writing program.
Graziano is the author of seven chapbooks of poetry and fiction;
Not So Profound, a collection of poetry; and Frostbite,
a collection of fiction. His work has appeared in the Dublin
Quarterly, Main Street Rag, The Louisiana Review and the Owen
Wister, among others.
