Conference rescheduled
The 7th Annual AOP Conference has been rescheduled for Thursday,
May 27. Because of changes in the scheduling of workshops, registration

Camp registration begins April 3
UNH Camp Wildcat will hold open registration April 3, starting at
8 a.m., at the Campus Recreation office in the Whittemore Center.
Camp Wildcat gives youths, grades 2 to 7, a chance to explore nature
and the environment, learn new skills and crafts and make new friends.

Relay for Life is May 1-2
The American Cancer Society Relay for Life is coming to UNH May
1-2. A cancer survivor celebration will be held Saturday, May 1,
at 12:30 p.m. Join other survivors in a victory lap around the track

Women’s Commission award nominations due April 12
Each year, the UNH President’s Commission on the Status of
Women presents an award to a person or group who has made an outstanding
contribution to promoting equity, advancing the status of women,
and serving as a role model for women on campus. Nominations for
faculty, staff and students are being accepted through Monday, April
12. Nominees will be honored at the Women’s Commission Awards
Celebration Thursday, April 22, at 3:40 p.m. in the Oak Room, Huddleston
Hall. Forms are available at Batcheller House. Contact 2-1058 or

Cornucopia collecting for Easter
Cornucopia, the UNH on-campus food pantry, is collecting food baskets
for the Easter season. Baskets can be dropped off on April 6 or
by noon on April 7 at the Campus Ministry House at 15 Mill Rd. If
your office or department would like to participate by collecting
food items for a basket or if you are interested in volunteering
at the pantry, please contact Stephen Luber at 2-1889 or e-mail

Are you interested in the V.P. Discretionary Grant Fund?
Applications are being accepted for FY04 discretionary grants. To
reflect the theme of “engagement and outreach” in the
University’s Academic Plan, the discretionary fund will focus
on “outreach scholarship”-- projects that represent
research efforts in which there is a mutually beneficial collaboration
between UNH and external partners for the purpose of generating
and applying relevant knowledge to directly benefit the public.
