FITSI announces faculty participants for 2004

The Faculty Instructional Technology Summer Institute announces the faculty members selected for its June 2004 session.

FITSI 2004, which will be held June 7-11, is full of hands-on activities and sessions designed to help faculty successfully integrate technology into their teaching and curriculum. All sessions emphasize pedagogy and present ways in which technology can enhance and support student learning.

FITSI 2004 is made possible through funding by CIS Academic Technology, the Faculty Instructional Technology Development Grant Program, and the UNH Institute on Disability.

Faculty members selected are Vernon Carter, associate professor, social work; Keith Russell, assistant professor, kinesiology; Greta Bauer, assistant professor, health management and policy; Eric Swartz, assistant professor, kinesiology; Doug Morris, associate professor, resource economics and development; Marianne Litvaitis, associate professor, zoology; Joanne Curran Celentano, associate professor, animal and nutritional sciences; Drew Conroy, professor, applied animal science; Bob Taylor, professor, animal and nutritional sciences; Tuck Pescosolid, assistant professor, management; Torseten Schmidt, associate professor, economics; Michael Middleton, assistant professor, education; Grace Chang, assistant professor, liberal arts; Lisa Miller, associate professor, English; Brett Gibson, assistant professor, psychology; Mark Wrighton, assistant professor, political science; Richard Messner, associate professor, electrical and computer engineering; Yeping Li, assistant professor, math and statistics; Ann Loranger, associate professor, education; Michael Contarino, associate professor, political science and business; and Val Harper, associate professor, UNH Library Reference.
