This class is a regularly scheduled 14-week, 1 credit, fall semester class of the Applied Animal Science Program at the Thompson School of Applied Science. There are five instructors, each presenting in their areas of expertise and interest. It will be taught with a completely on-line format.....the student does not need to set foot on the UNH campus! (Please see Syllabus for complete and detailed information.)

This is a permission-required course and students must fill out an application to be allowed to take this class to assure the student has the appropriate computer equipment, skills, background and commitment to successfully contribute to and complete the class. This course should meet the requirements of "8 hours of Police Officer In-Service Training". Police Officers wishing to fulfill training requirements will need to have a letter of endorsement from their Chief.

  Important Note: This course will not be offered again until Fall 2010 depending on enrollment. If you are serious about wanting to take it, fill out an application anytime before then and send it along so class interest may be adequately judged. Applications to take this course must be received by Aug 15, 2010 in order make the decision to run the course and leave time for proper registration.
