Story:

Natural Resources' Dr. Serita Frey, Assistant Professor of Soil Microbial Ecology, has been awarded the Class of 1944 Professorship, a university-wide professorship that recognizes outstanding faculty members. This award from the Class of 1944 has a term of three years.

The UNH professorships program helps to support faculty members in their teaching, public service, and research, and was initiated in 1990.

A reception will be held in the Oak Room, Huddleston Hall, on October 19, 2005 to honor all named professors. Reception is from 3:00 to 4:30.
