Durham – In commemoration of the 200th anniversary of the death of composer Franz Josef Haydn, the University of New Hampshire Chamber Orchestra will perform his Symphony No. 83, "La Poule" ("The Hen"). Professor of Flute Peggy Vagts joins the Chamber Orchestra in a performance of the Mozart Flute Concerto in G Major.


The performance takes place in the University of New Hampshire Museum of Art on Sunday, November 8, 2009, beginning at 3pm in conjunction with the exhibit "Alice Spencer: Fabricating Time".
