Characteristic Duties and Responsibilities

  • Customer service, at the counter and on the telephone
  • Use website to track distribution of all games and accessories, record all student ID's as well as student usage
  • Track distribution and return of all pool, ping pong, and foosball accessories
  • Check and assure all items returned are in good working order
  • Assist with Games Room sponsored tournaments
  • Adhere to and enforce all Games Room Policies and Procedures
  • Perform basic cleaning duties, including tidying up, wiping down counters, brushing and vacuuming pool tables
  • Keep neat and professional work attire while on shift, responsible for MUB work shirt
  • Check and read email regularly for work related updates and announcements
  • Perform other related tasks as assigned

Time Requirements

  • Work Friday/Saturday closings on a rotating schedule
  • Attend Games Room Staff meetings as scheduled
  • Attend at least 2 MUB Training sessions per semester
  • Upon hire, attend “FISH” video training at one of the scheduled showings
  • Games Room is open for regular hours when Curtailed Ops is called; you are still expected to come in to work
