The Museum of Art

The Museum of Art is the New Hampshire Seacoast's premier art museum -- a center for the visual arts where visitors gather to enjoy changing exhibitions, music, lectures, poetry readings, and receptions. Its permanent collection includes over 1,500 historical and modern works by American, European, and other artists from diverse cultures.

Centrally located on the Durham campus of the University of New Hampshire, the museum welcomes visitors throughout the academic year and is open to students, faculty, members, and the general public free of charge.

For more information on exhibitions, ArtBreak programs, or upcoming events, contact us by calling (603)862-3712 or by sending an email to the Museum.of.Art.

Our exhibitions and programs are supported in part by the Friends of the Museum of Art.
