CI-UNH announces winners of the first statewide Chinese Language Contest

CI-UNH has concluded its 1st New Hampshire statewide Chinese Language Contest. The following students from three school districts were selected as winners:
From Mrs. Chen Jiang’s Chinese Program at Bow High School:
Henry R. Blount -- 1st Place
Avery Van De Water -- 2nd Place
From Mrs. Lei Xue’s Chinese program at Merrimack High School:
Donald Andrew Halpin and Kyra Gustavsen -- 1st Place
Matthew Correia – 2nd Place
CI-UNH has also selected two outstanding students from the UNH Outreach Program at Portsmouth Middle School and Portsmouth High School for the Chinese Language Excellence Award. The two students are:
Essa Moodie of Portsmouth Middle School
Anthony Comeau of Portsmouth High School
Congratulations to the winners for their excellence in the Chinese language!
CI-UNH wishes to thank the participating districts for their time and effort in making this contest possible! The 2nd Statewide Chinese Language Contest will be held in early spring of 2013. Please contact CI-UNH for detailed information later this year.
All winners must fill out the following brief form to claim their awards. Awards will be mailed to the award recipient after CI-UNH receives the form.
