mooncake against the night skyChinese Moon Festival to be held September 27

CI-UNH will host a traditional Chinese Moon Festival.  

Day/Time:
Thursday, September 27, 2012, 6:00 – 8:00 p.m.

Place: Murkland 115 (auditorium)

Schedule:

6:00-6:30  Chinese dinner buffet outside Murkland 115
6:30-6:45  Guest speaker and CI-UNH slideshow  
6:45-7:45  Various talent shows from students in the Chinese program and local Chinese community members
7:45-8:00  Moon cake sampling
                 
This popular lunar harvest festival is celebrated by Chinese and Vietnamese families. It is the second most important holiday in the Chinese calendar, following Chinese New Year. 

This event is free and open to the university community and the public.
