CI-UNH announces winners of the first China Through My Lens Photo Contest

CI-UNH announces award winners for the first China Through My Lens Photo Contest. More than 100 students and New Hampshire residents submitted their photos for the contest. After careful selection, the grand jury chose the following winners based on content and technique:


The Grand Jury Award goes to Mrs. Chia-Luen Lee of Durham 

The Second Place Award goes to Xiao Guo (郭皛), a UNH student majoring in Ocean Engineering-Ocean Mapping

The Third Place Award goes to two people: 
Phillip Nuss, a UNH Ph.D. candidate in Natural Resources and Earth System Science, Environmental Research Group
Trisha Schuman
of Keene, New Hampshire, a UNH student who participated in the CI-UNH summer trip to Chengdu in 2011

Honorable Mentions go to: 
Katie Finken, UNH Class of 2015
Mikaela M. Buchinski, a UNH undergraduate student
Ziemowit Milosz Malecha, a UNH alum
Can Xiong, a UNH graduate student in Computer Science

The winning photos will be displayed during UNH International Education Week in November. CI-UNH asks the winners to submit the winning photos in their original sizes for printing. 

With the conclusion of this contest, CI-UNH calls for submission to the second photo contest. Details will be announced soon.

All winners must fill out the following brief form to claim their awards. Awards will be mailed to the award recipient after CI-UNH receives the form.
