Obtain a yellow change of program form from the Registrar's Office or download one here. If you are an undeclared major, you should meet with your undergraduate advisor at Hood House to start the process. If you are a declared major, you should meet with your major advisor to start the process. Your advisor will sign you out of your current major and provide you with your student academic file. Continue to obtain appropriate signatures on the form following the order listed on the bottom of the form. You will drop off your advising folder with your new major advisor, who will also sign your form. Your final step will be to submit your completed form to the Liberal Arts Dean's Office in 110 Murkland Hall.
