BUSES from Boston Logan Airport

Buses will be chartered by the conference for travel between Boston Logan Airport and Durham, NH (conference site). NOTE: there will be a $40 (round trip: both directions included) fee for this bus trip. That fee can be paid here at the conference when you arrive (so as not to incur wire transfer fees on such a small transaction) but you will still need to contact Joanne to reserve a seat in advance.

After you register for the conference, please conteact Joanne Lewis-McCoy to reserve a seat on the appropriate bus for your travel times. To contact Joanne, please email her.

Departure times are:

  • 4:30 pm on Friday June 26, 2015 (for the Pre-Conference Graduate Research Symposium, for students/postdocs)
  • 3:00 pm and 5:30 pm on Sunday June 28th, 2015 (for the IPCG Polymer Colloids main conference)
  • And returning buses (to Boston Logan Airport; many options for travel downtown from airport) at 10:00 am on Friday July 3rd, 2015
  • THE BUS WILL PICK YOU UP AT THE EMBASSY SUITES HOTEL NEAR THE BOSTON AIRPORT.
    THERE IS A FREE SHUTTLE TO THE HOTEL WHERE WE HAVE AN IPCG WAITING ROOM (called "The Day Square") BEFORE THE BUS TO UNH PICKS YOU UP

    On-Site Accomodations

    Included in the registration fee is a single room in our (air conditioned!) dormatory building, Mills Hall, on the University campus. Fresh bed linens and towels will be provided. Each room is part of a suite (6 rooms per suite), where each suite has its own bathroom. Mills Hall has a pool table, ping pong table, and overall very comfortable surroundings. Ethernet access is also available.
