About FITSI
FITSI is a week-long, intensive faculty development program sponsored by IT Academic Technology, the Academic Technology Liaison Program, and the Faculty Instructional Technology Development Grant Program.
The Institute is a hands-on "training camp" offered to faculty and instructors in full-time, permanent positions at the University of New Hampshire Durham and Manchester campuses. Programming for the week includes workshops by UNH instructional technology professionals along with guest presentations by recognized leaders in the field. Participants are chosen through a rigorous application and review process. Those chosen receive a Dell or Macintosh laptop computer for their department.
FITSI is made possible through funding by IT Academic Technology, and the Office of the Vice Provost for Academic Affairs.
