IDC STARs are ready to provide you with instructional technology assistance at your desktop. The IDC Stars program (Student Technology Assistants & Resources) is a new IDC program that brings one-on-one assistance from trained students to faculty desktops to work on targeted instructional challenges. The STARs goal is to give you access to training and support for new technologies without significantly increasing the time you have to spend to master the tools.

To request an IDC STAR for help with Blackboard, SafeAssignment, eInstruction, InTRO, or any other supported IDC service, use the Web form at http://remedy.unh.edu/stars

If you can't find an answer to your question, contact the Help Desk and Dispatch Center at 2-4242, or fill out the online form at http://remedy.unh.edu/blackboard.

Quick Tips are generated by your questions. So the more questions you ask, the better our Quick Tip catalog will become.
