Getting Started @UNH is an orientation program for new UNH Staff
and Faculty. We realize that orienting to a new position can be challenging.
Our orientation program serves to address many of your information and
resource needs as you begin your position here, as well as to acquaint
you with the University and Durham communities. It is our hope that participation
in this program will assist you in your transition.
Getting Started @UNH takes place in the Memorial Union Building
(MUB), Room 302, unless otherwise noted on the schedule.
Please see the campus
map for location and parking information. Parking is available at
the Visitor's Center (see map) with transportation to the MUB provided.
Handicap accessible parking is available directly in front of the MUB.
Recommended attire for the day is business casual. A continental breakfast
and lunch will be provided. We invite you to visit our orientation
webpages for additional information related to the Getting Started
@UNH program. Starting with July 2007, the program timeline is from 8:30am - 3:00pm. For those individuals
who have a disability that requires accommodations, please contact the
Human Resources office at (603) 862-3227 V/TTY.
