Getting Started @UNH - an orientation program for new staff members, has been designed to assist individuals in their successful transition within the University of New Hampshire and the Durham community. In joining the UNH community, participants are invited to share in the University's mission, learn its history, organizational structure and the University's strategic plan that will influence each staff member's work life here at UNH. New staff members will also have the opportunity to learn about University policies, the campus and surrounding communities, resources, education opportunities, their employment benefits package (benefits eligible positions only) and be given the opportunity to enroll in their core benefits.
