Medicare Complimentary Plan (MCP)

Provides medical benefits to retired staff and faculty and their eligible family members as a supplement to Medicare. To be eligible employees must:

• Have been employed by USNH in a benefits-eligible position as of 6/30/94
• Have accrued at least 10 years of full-time service after reaching age 52
• Have participated in a USNH Retirement program for at least 10 years
• Retire from USNH on or after age 62

Note:  MCP is a closed plan and is not an option for employees who did not choose MCP in 1994
