Minimum Wage to Increase sooner then originally thought
On May 3, 2007, you were informed that the State of New Hampshire minimum wage would be increasing in September 2007. On May 29, 2007 H.R. 2206 was passed raising the Federal minimum wage in July 2007. To assist you with the various dates and hourly rates, please see below:

Please be aware that the current Extra Help Appointment Pay Schedule has already been revised to reflect the State of New Hampshire minimum wage increase for September 1, 2007. Also, please note the Student Hourly and College Work Study maximum hourly rate has increased to $40.00 effective September 1, 2007.

* Effective 2009, the Federal minimum wage will be increased to match the State of New Hampshire minimum wage.
