Pat McCabe

For the past 12 years, Pat McCabe served as HR Director for the Appalachian Mountain Club based in the White Mountains.  Her earlier work experience includes adventure-based counseling and volunteer relations at the AMC and the Girl Scouts, and she worked in student services at Boston College, Indiana University, and Westfield State College. She earned a B.A. at the University of Vermont in English/Political Science, and an M.S. in Higher Education at Indiana University.

Pat is the HR Partner for COLSA, Research, EOS and Cooperative Extension.  

Meghan Proctor 

Meghan joins us with over ten years of human resources generalist experience, primarily in the hospitality industry.   Prior to coming to UNH, she served as HR Director for a NH seacoast area hotel.  Meghan received her undergraduate degree from UNH, graduating from WSBE with a BS in Hospitality Management in 2001.  She also obtained a Master’s Degree in Organizational Leadership and has two certifications: Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) and Certified Human Resources Executive (CHRE).

Meghan is the matrix HR Partner for the Facilities Operations & Maintenance and Energy & Campus Development areas.  

Keith Timmerman

Keith received his BA in Psychology from UNH in 1999 and has 13 years of HR experience. Keith has worked in the Financial, Records Management and Insurance industries. For the last 7 years he worked at DentaQuest located in Charlestown, MA - one of the nation’s largest oral health enterprises.

Keith is the HR Partner for Advancement, VPFA Office, Athletics, the President’s Office and the College of Health and Human Services.
