While most of us found the recent preparation of holiday feasts for family and friends a daunting task - imagine the responsibility of preparing meals for thousands! That is precisely what Simona Luna has been doing for the past 13 years as a member of the University's Hospitality Services. Simona has shared her talent for cooking with the UNH community during her 11 years at Huddleston Dining Hall, and most recently in her position with Catering. Whether it is preparing banquet meals for a large number of people or a small gathering, Simona uses her skills to nourish many. She feels privileged to be a part of the UNH staff for so many years and is encouraged by the lack of discrimination she has experienced at this university. And the University community is privileged to be the recipient of her culinary talents.
