The University offers dental benefits to benefits-eligible faculty
and staff.
Levels of Coverage (based on Employee's % Time)
75% - 100% - may select from two levels of coverage
50% - 74% - may select Option B coverage only
Claims Assistance
General Information and Claim Forms
Open Enrollment is normally held in the fall with benefits effective
the following January. Delta Dental claim forms
are available from participating dentists or Human Resources: 862-0501 (voice), 862-3227 (TTY).
