Dental coverage for eligible UNH employees is provided by Northeast Delta Dental.

Both levels of coverage (Basic and High Options) cover Diagnostic/Preventive, Basic Restorative, Major Restorative and Orthodontic services.

Basic Option - services are covered based on a percentage of the participating dentists approved fees up to an annual maximum of $1000 per person.  Orthodontics are covered at 50% for children under 19 years of age up to a lifetime maximum of $1000 per person.

High Option – services are covered based on a percentage of the participating dentists approved fees up to an annual maximum of $1500 per person. Orthodontics are covered at 50% for children and adults up to a lifetime maximum of $1500 per person.
