Additional Pay Policy
Additional pay is pay from USNH-administered funds for services rendered to USNH by a benefits-eligible1 employee for work that exceeds or is different from the individual's regular time commitment, classification description, and/or characteristic duties and responsibilities. (See USY V.C.6 Appointments.) Additional pay also includes longevity, shift and weekend differentials, and lump-sum payments such as performance bonuses and awards.
1 Appointment that is eligible for full University System of New Hampshire fringe benefits.
