Theme and Learning Communities

SERC A is home to the InCEPStion - College of Engineering and Physical Sciences. Students who are selected for this learning community not only live together, but will share at least one of your four classes together and benefit from knowing and studying with other students in CEPS right where you live. History

  • Opened in August 2007.
  • SERC is an acronym for Southeast Residential Community. Built as part of the Campus Master Plan to increase on-campus housing opportunities with suite-style and apartment housing.
