Southeast Residential Community (SERC) Building A 
The Southeast Residential Community is at the heart of development for new University housing. Building A houses 326 students.
SERC A provides a mixture of 4, 5, 6 and 7 person suites and areas of more traditional student housing of double rooms surrounding a common lounge and bathroom. The majority of room types will be 4 person suites - two double rooms sharing a bathroom. The building will offer interior common space including main lounges, floor lounges, laundry facilities, kitchens, and Residence Hall Director apartments and offices. This new residential building is air conditioned and will also offer an attractive pedestrian promenade connecting all SERC buildings as well as a full-size basketball court behind Building A.
