Southeast Residential Community

The Southeast Residential Community is at the heart of development for new University housing.
SERC Building A houses 326 students, SERC Building B - 230 students and SERC Building C is home to 235 students.
All three of the buildings provide a mixture of 4 and 6 person suites and areas of more traditional student housing of double rooms surrounding a common lounge and bathroom. The majority of room types are 4 person suites - two double rooms sharing a bathroom. Ranging from 4 to 5 floors, the buildings offer interior common space including main lounges, floor lounges, laundry facilities, kitchens, and Residence Hall Director apartments and offices. These new residential buildings are air conditioned and also offer an attractive pedestrian promenade connecting all three buildings as well as a full-size basketball court behind Building A.
