To participate in the Apartment Pull-In process, you must be able to check yes to all of the following:

I've completed my on-line housing reapplication between Tuesday, February 12 and Wednesday, Feb 20 at 5:00pm. I've chosen On-Campus Apartment on the pull-down menu. I've also chosen a back-up plan in case I don't get an apartment. |

I've paid my housing deposit or visited Housing to obtain a delay of payment by Feb 20, 2013 at 5:00pm . |

I have joined a Housing Sign-Up Group. See detailed instructions here |

I've read about the On-Campus Apartment Housing Sign-Up process and marked my calendar to participate on the appropriate days. |
If you are you a student being pulled into an apartment by a current apartment resident, then you should have or will join the online Housing group that includes the current on-campus apartment resident(s) who is pulling you in to the apartment. The Group Captain will probably be one of the current apartment residents. The Group Captain will represent your group; this is the person
who will participate in the online aparmtment sign-up process, and who makes the decisions regarding your group's assignment.
Please be prepared to accept the decisions the
Group Captain makes on your behalf.
Your group captain DOES NOT need to be the person with the best priority number, rather he/she should be the person who all members of the group believe is reliable.
Then, on the dates indicated below you group captain will participate in the online Housing Sign-Up selection process based on your groups' size. Prior to your sign-up time, your group captain will be able to preview how many apartments are available that match your group's size before the actual selection process. At the time of selection, specific apartments availability can be viewed.

Current apartment residents and their groups (of eligible students) who want to move to a 3, 4 or 5 person apartment. Remember, to successfully assign a group to an apartment, the group must fill the apartment. |

1:30-5pm 6,7 Person Apartments |
Current apartment residents and their groups (of eligible students) who want to move to a 6 or 7 person apartment. Remember, to successfully assign a group to an apartment, the group must fill the apartment. |

5:30-7:30pm Partial Groups |
Current apartment residents and their groups (of eligible students) who do not have a group that will fill an apartment. Partial groups can only pick from currently created partially filled apartments or can only create one partially filled apartment at a time in each building. |
