Why did you become a Hall Director?

I became a hall director because I love people and being an active member of a community.  I want to build relationships and support students as they learn and grow throughout their college experience.  I can think of no better place to do this than living in a residence hall and making myself readily available for staff and students.

Why did you choose UNH?

The University of New Hampshire is an incredible place!  The staff on campus foster a safe environment for students to develop.  I appreciate that UNH's Residential Life emphasizes individual contact and relationship building within the residential halls.

Advice for first-year students...

Get out of your comfort zone!  Meet new people, hear their story, and learn about what they are passionate about.  Allow others to invest in you and speak into your life, but do the same for them.  We are all here to support and encourage each other.
