Why did you become a Hall Director?

As an undergrad, I was fortunate enough to be involved on campus. I was an RA for two years, Vice President of Weekend Warriors, RHA member, and a member of NRHH Upsilon Class. My Residence Hall Director was the light at the end of the tunnel and introduced to me to ResLife. Since then my passion for working with college students has continued to grow. I can’t imagine life any different!

Why do you choose UNH?

The people that work here are amazing! One conversation with a UNH staff member opened my eyes to what I have been missing at a professional level. I knew from that one conversation that UNH is where I wanted to be. Visiting campus sealed the deal and I felt right at home.

Advice for first-year students...

Best advice I can give is to get involved! There are great opportunities out there, getting involved will be a positive help with the transition to college life. And remember, enjoy life and be happy! Happiness is key.
