Apartment Cleaning Crew: 25 positions
Duties and Responsibilities: Responsible for overall cleaning of the apartment (including kitchen, living room, bedrooms, bathrooms, etc). This position will also include some general cleaning of common areas within the apartment complex, carpet and floor care as well as some grounds work. High work standards, good work ethic and attention to detail are important. Perform related duties as assigned. Training will be provided.
Apartment Paint Crew: 8 positions
Duties and Responsibilities: Painting apartments and common areas. Work will involve surface preparation, wall and trim painting as well as cleaning of tools and the work area. High work standards, good work ethic and attention to detail are important. Training will be provided.
Apartment Repair Crew: 6 positions
Duties and Responsibilities: Perform routine maintenance duties including rough carpentry, spot painting, and basic equipment or facility repairs in the apartments. High work standards, good work ethic and attention to detail are important. Must possess the ability to work with basic hand and power tools. Training will be provided. Repairs are performed under supervision of qualified personnel.
RES HALL PREPARATION CREW
Repair Crew: 25 positions
Duties and Responsibilities: Perform minor repairs to all room and lounge furniture. Inspect, prepare and set up rooms for occupancy. Work with basic hand and power tools. Training will be provided. Work is performed under supervision of qualified personnel.

Duties and Responsibilities: Moving, assembling and set-up of furniture in student rooms and lounges; arranging and coordinating furniture placement to best utilize space; storage room cleaning. Must be able to lift heavy objects. Attention to details is an important work habit to have if applying for this job.

OFFICE ASSISTANT
Housing Office Assistant: 1 position
Duties and Responsibilities: Housing Office Assistants (HOAs) are based in the Housing Office and responsibilities focus heavily on providing excellent service to customers at the front desk and on the phone, coordinating and leading residence hall room tours to incoming first-year students and a variety of other projects as assigned. HOA is expected to represent the department in a professional and customer focused way at all times. HOA must love working in a fast-paced and ever-changing environment, be able to maintain professional demeanor when under pressure, have strong administrative and organizational skills as well as a keen eye for detail. A maximum of 5 days off will be allowed during employment. Request must be submitted to, and approved by, the supervising manager at least one week in advance of desired day(s) off.

CONFERENCE STAFF
Conference Prep Crew: 2 positions
Duties and Responsibilities: The Conference Prep Crew (CPC) provides a vital service to our conference guests, working as a team to distribute and pick up linen and refrigerators while ensuring an accurate inventory and supply. The CPC are often the last UNH staff members to see a room before the conference guests arrive; therefore, some light repair and cleaning tasks may be required. CPC staff must be upbeat and dependable, able to lift, and have a valid driver’s license. Must have taken or be willing to take UNH defensive driving course before summer.
