The Gables 7 Person Apartment, March 7th
- Drop off your Apartment Request Forms to the Gables Office between 8am and 12noon. Be on time!
- All applications will be separated into 2 groups: groups of ALL current apartment residents and groups of at least one current apartment resident with residence hall pull-ins. These 2 groups will then be prioritized by credits earned.
- Each group that turned in a form on time will receive an email by 4:30pm on March 7th indicating whether or not they are being offered a 7-person apartment.
- Emails offering an apartment will include an appointment time to select an apartment. The appointment will be scheduled for either March 11th or 12th.
- Emails will also be sent to students that did not get a 7-person apartment. The email will include instructions on what to do next, such as try for a different size apartment.
