Eligibility
For The Gables
To reside at The Gables you must have, at a minimum, Sophomore status or be 19 years of age. The application process takes place in February of each year for those who are current apartment residents. All other students from the residence halls who wish to reside in the apartments take part in the process after all current residents have been satisfied.
For Woodside Apartments
To reside at Woodside you must have, at a minimum, Junior status or be 20 years of age. The application process takes place in February of each year for those who are current apartment residents. All other students from the residence halls who wish to reside in the apartments take part in the process after all current residents have been satisfied.
