Scheduling for the 2012 Summer Conference Season
Thank you for your interest in on-campus accommodations for the 2012 summer season.
In order to simplify the request process, please read the descriptions below and select the one that most closely describes your request. Please then follow the instructions to ensure that your request will be received by the appropriate department:
SCENARIO 1: You represent a University-sponsored event and would like to work directly with Housing to coordinate summer housing accommodations. You will make all other conference related arrangements directly with the appropriate service providers.
Action Steps:
- Download the Summer Housing Request Form. Complete and submit via campus mail or fax to the Department of Housing by priority date of Janaury 5, 2012.
- For dining arrangements, download the Summer Dining Request Form. Complete and submit via campus mail or fax to University Conferences and Catering by priority date of December 23, 2011.
SCENARIO 2 : You represent a University-sponsored event and would like to work with University Conferences and Catering to arrange various aspects of your conference which may include (but are not necessarily limited to) housing, dining, meeting room space, and parking.
Action Steps:
- Download the Summer Conferences and Catering Request Form. Complete and submit via campus mail or fax to University Conferences and Catering by priority date of December 23, 2010.
SCENARIO 3 : You represent a non-University event and would like to explore on-campus hosting opportunities.
Action Steps:
- Visit University Conferences and Catering for additional information including contact numbers and Request for Proposal information.
