Scheduling Deadlines 
Summer conferences are sometimes booked several years ahead. Scheduling priority is given to UNH departments that request housing before December 14, 2007 for the 2008 summer conference season. Groups that request housing before the deadline are given priority for residence hall space. Departments are welcome to request housing for conference groups after that date however they will only be housed on a space available basis.
