Important Dates

Spring 2011 He will be using some of his horses and some UNH horses as well. This is a class that Liz Oertel has welcomed our club to go watch, we will be in the outdoor from 12:40-2pm April 15th (Wednesday) @ 4pm HC MOVIE NIGHT!!! Well, movie hour (?). We will find some entertaining horse related short video to watch in the time we have. Snacks and drinks will of course be provided :D April 30th & May 1st (Saturday & Sunday): UNH Horse Trials!!! Dressage on Sat. leaving Stadium and Cross Country for Sunday! Right here on campus, come and watch some amazing horses and riders compete in this difficult event and even cheer on some of the UNH students! (If you have never been to an event please let us know and we can help get you caught up to speed) May 7th: (Saturday) UNH Horsemen's Club XC Schooling Day!!! This is where we make just about all of our club's money! The official flier is linked above. E-mail the flier to your local barn, friend, trainer and let them know we are doing this! For only $25 they have 2 hours out on UNH's amazing course just a week after the Trails so everything is in perfect condition! May 8th: (Sunday) Horsemen's Club Spring Trail Ride (?) This trip was a big hit in the fall and we would like to know if there is enough interest to do it again this spring. Right before finals week this is a great way to get outside and enjoy beautiful New England in the spring (if it is raining/snowing while you are reading this I am sorry!) May 10th OR 11th: (Tuesday OR Wednesday) End of year BBQ The two dates are the UNH reading days, we are thinking around early afternoon, BBQ Style! Please let us know if either of these dates work better for you than the other, the final date will also depend on what's happening around the barn those days |
