Welcome to The University Honors Program!

While you may know that the University Honors Program provides an enhanced academic experience for intellectually motivated students, you may not know that it also draws together an entire community of peer scholars attracted by a history of academic excellence and intellectual curiosity.

Our program encourages community by providing an Honors residential hall, dynamic Honors courses, a comprehensive mentoring program, individual advising, and enjoyable Honors activities; as a result, students who participate in the University Honors Program discover that being a part of Honors can be more than a distinction; it can be an enriched University experience.

Come discover the University Honors Program for yourself.

  • Enjoy small classes enhanced by lively Professors and fellow Honors students.
  • Travel abroad and earn Honors credits.
  • Meet with an Honors advisor who will help you fulfill your Honors requirements and direct you to campus wide opportunities.
  • Become involved and learn about travel grants, leadership positions, and research opportunities.

Ultimately, your success in the Honors Program, as in life, is up to you. So, make your time in the Honors Program worthwhile. Start by introducing yourself to our staff and student mentor leaders. We look forward to meeting and working with you!
