Holiday Skating Party

It's that time of the year again... gather your family & friends and come enjoy an evening of fun at the University of New Hampshire’s annual Holiday Skating Party with a special invitation to the greater Durham community. Head down to the Whittemore Arena’s Towse Ice Rink for hours of skating. The concourse will feature several activities.

Be sure to stop by the silent auction we have planned for you this year located on the concourse for your convenience.

Make a Snowman Cup for the Cornucopia Food Pantry:
Create a snowman cup to fill with mints. The snowmen cups that are made will be donated to the Cornucopia Food Pantry to be included in their winter food baskets.

Make a Fleece Scarf to Donate:
Make a simple, no-sew, fleece scarf by tying fringe onto the ends. These scarves will be donated to a handful of local organizations and schools to be passed along to those in need.

Cookie Decorating:
Use frosting and candy to turn a plain cookie into a delectable treat for your enjoyment.

Face Painting:
Visit our face painting table and choose a fun design to decorate your cheek.

Doughnut Dangle:
Bite the doughnut hanging from the string with only your mouth to try and catch a tasty treat.

Holiday Photos:
Have your picture taken with one of our holiday themed backgrounds.

Picture Frames:
Create a holiday themed picture frame that can be used to display your holiday photo.
