Seasons Allergen Friendly Concept is located at Philbrook Dining Hall this concept is a pilot program that offers meal options that are prepared without the major 8 allergens. Menu selections are prepared in the location to avoid risk of cross contact by trained culinary associates to ensure the integrity of  the offerings to our guests. Featured are a protein based recipe, fresh vegetable, gluten free starch, daily soup selections, composed salad and a leafy green salad with homemade dressing.
