Seasonal Affective Disorder Light Therapy
Light therapy is one form of treatment for Seasonal Affective Disorder (SAD). Sitting in front of a light box is just one way to cope. Most studies show that about 75% of individuals who experience with SAD feel improvement when using light therapy within a couple days to a few weeks. Health Services offers free light therapy to current UNH students, faculty, and staff.
