Meditation

Meditation is an experience of relaxing the body, quieting the mind, and awakening the spirit. Walk-in group meditation sessions are offered  to the UNH community. Appointments to learn how to meditate are available for students. Meditation soundtracks are available to download from the Health Services website.

How To Access:

For an individual meditation session for students, please call 862-3823 or online.

For group meditation, there is no registration required. Sessions will be on Mondays starting on September 9, 2013 from 12:15-12:45pm in MUB 203.
