Group Fitness Classes
Campus Recreation offers 35-40 group classes per semester, including step, yoga, pilates, hi/lo, cycling, cardio boxing, hip hop, strength training, interval training, Women's Self Defense, Latin funk, and others. Most classes taught in Hamel Recreation Center's Studio 1. Classes are open to students and members of Hamel Recreation Center. Guests must pay a fee of $10 per class and sign a waiver.
